The process
Four simple steps

Get in touch
Send us a message through the contact form or by email with a few details about your garment and when you need it.

Come in for a fitting
Bring the garment (and the shoes or undergarments you will wear with it). We pin, measure and agree on the work and the quote.

We get to work
Your piece is altered or made in the studio, with careful pressing and hand-finishing at every stage.

Try on & collect
You try it on to make sure everything is right. Any final touches are made before you take it home.

A few small things make your fitting faster and the result more accurate.

Clear quotes
Every garment is quoted at your fitting. Nothing is started until you approve the price.
Ready dates
We agree a ready date with you up front and plan around your event.
Need it sooner?
Ask about availability for urgent work — we will always tell you honestly what is possible.
Pickup
We will let you know as soon as your garment is ready to try on and collect.
