Lace is one of the most delicate materials a seamstress can handle. It cannot be rushed, it shows every mistake, and it rewards patience. That is the spirit behind The Lace Art.
We bring the same care to every garment — a pair of jeans that needs hemming, a suit that needs taking in, or a wedding gown that needs to be perfect on the day. We listen first, fit carefully, and finish the work properly so that it looks as if it was always meant to be that way.

Our studio is at 1320 Eastover Ave in Albemarle, NC. Fittings are by appointment, which means no waiting around and plenty of time to get things right.
